Refund policy

At Phacelab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is completely unused
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for:

  • Paying the return shipping charges
  • Bearing the original delivery shipping charges spent by Phacelab to ship the order

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are only approved if the product meets our return conditions.

The refund amount will be:

Product Amount – Original Delivery Charges

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your payment method or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used
  • The product is damaged by the customer
  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period
